RKDF University

RKDF University Gandhi Nagar, Bhopal was established by Ayushmati Education and Social Society, by an act of
Govt. of M.P and published in State Gazette on 19th July 2011. The University is spread over 107 acres of land
near the Bhopal Airport having buildup area of 13.184 Lakh Sq.ft. and well maintained 6.31 Lakh Sq.ft. Garden in campus.
The University has been approved by UGC under section 2(f) 1956 after the visit of expert committee members constituted by University Grant Commission, New Delhi. After the approval of Statutes & ordinances of the University by the Department of Higher Education Govt. of M.P. on 4th May 2012, the Academic Session started from the year 2012-13. All the courses run
by the University have approval of concern Regulatory bodies & State Govt. also. From Academic year 2013-14, the University has introduced compulsory courses of 4 Credit on “Value Spirituality and Consciousness Development” in collaboration with Brahma Kumaris Education wing, Mount Abu, Rajasthan for all the students of undergraduate programmes which they have to pass to get a degree. The University aims to produce Youth having ethical values for the Nation.

RKDF University offers 15 undergraduate courses in different fields with multiple specializations. The minimum eligibility criterion for most UG courses is 10+2 in the relevant field. Lateral courses also accept Diploma courses from approved institutions. Courses like B.Ed. and LL.B. require the minimum qualification of graduation for admission.

For admission to courses like B.Tech and B.E., candidates must clear Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) Main. JEE Main is a national level online/offline entrance examination conducted by CBSE

For admission to B.Arch, candidates will have to qualify National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA). NATA is a national level offline entrance examination conducted by the Council of Architecture.

For admission to B.Ed, candidates will have to clear the entrance examination conducted by the university. In the case of BHMS, candidates will have to qualify the examination organized by the concerned authority.

• Courses like B.Ed. & LL.B. require graduation for admission.
• Admission to B.E., B.Tech, B.Ed., B.Arch, and BHMS requires the candidates to clear the respective entrance examinations.
• The University allows a relaxation of 5% in the minimum eligibility for the reserved category.
• For B.A. LL.B. & LL.B., the relaxation for OBC is 3%, while it is 5% for SC/ST.

The cutoff is the point within which something stops happening. RKDF University Bhopal does not release the cutoff. However, the varsity releases the merit list based on the marks secured in the entrance exam or qualifying exam marks. Students whose names appear in the RKDF University Bhopal merit list are considered for admission.

However, RKDF University, Bhopal admission to BAMS is based on NEET score basis. Candidates who meet the RKDF University, Bhopal cutoff should proceed further with the admission process and register themselves for the counselling process.

The placement details for 2024 have not been released as of now. Earlier, according to the NIRF report 2024, 42 UG (4-year) Agriculture, 108 BPharma, 43 MPharma, 426 BTech, 46 MTech, and 124 MBA students were placed during RKDF University placements 2023. The median package offered to BPharma and MPharma students stood at INR 2.80 LPA and INR 3.20 LPA, respectively. Further, the median package offered to BTech and MTech students was INR 2.50 LPA and INR 3 LPA, respectively. The median package for UG (4-year) Agriculture and MBA students was the same during RKDF University placements 2023, i.e. INR 3 LPA.
