HLM Group of Institutions was established in 2005 by Mr Sunil Miglani, under the aegis of the HLM Educational Society. The foundation of the group was laid under the Society Registration Act, of 1860, in response to the need for an industry-ready and technology-driven approach to pedagogy.

Abdul Kalam Technical University and approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTI) and All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
