Parul University Scholarship Types
Parul University offers Cultural, Sports and Defence scholarships. Students satisfying the basic requirements, ethical academic standards and good conduct are eligible for this scholarship.
Mentioned below are details around the type of scholarships offered by Parul University:
1. Cultural Scholarship: For those courses where the University determines the criteria of eligibility, the University has reserved 10% of the seats for the candidates who have excelled in co-curricular activities in their schooling/ + 2 programs. The scholarship will be given as a tuition fee waiver.
This scholarship is eligible for those students, who have represented their school/college up to their Class 12 in Cultural/ Literary Activities at the State/National/International Level Competitions and have won prizes (I, II or III only), which may be admitted to the degree programs of their choice up to 10% over and above the intake capacity under the quota for excelling in co-curricular activities. Documents Required To Avail Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme:
Recommendation Letter and 1 minute What’s App Videos by the Mentoring Institute or Academy or Private Tutor or Gurus.
Documentary proofs showcasing Awards, Certificates won by students or Participation of students in activities/events.
Minimum 2 references of individuals associated with the applicant in the same co-curricular activity.

These scholarships shall be applicable for Bachelor’s and Master’s courses offered under the faculties of Engineering, Hotel Management, Architecture, Management, IT & Computer Science, Applied Sciences, Social Work, Law, Fine Arts, Library Science, Commerce, Design and Arts.
2. Sports Scholarship:
Parul University also offers Sports scholarships in the form of tuition fee waivers for students who have represented their school/college up to their Class 12th standard in Sports Activities at the State/National/International Level Competitions and have won prizes (I,II or III only). Scholarship per cent along with the criteria is given below:

3. Defence Scholarship:
Parul University also offers Defence scholarships to encourage Officers/Soldiers in the Defence Forces) and their dependents. This scholarship is only valid for regular courses. Defence scholarship is further divided into two different categories as mentioned below:

Term & Conditions for Scholarships:
To avail the above-mentioned scholarships, verification and authentication of the information, certificates and documents are compulsory.
In case, an applicant is eligible for a Scholarship as stated above as well as other Scholarship / Financial aid /monetary benefit scheme or policy of Parul University then he/she has to opt for only one scheme of his/her choice.
Scholarship will be provided at the time of admissions onlyand candidates need to mention that at the time of filling Parul University application.
The above-mentioned scholarship is applicable on Course fee as prescribed for a term/semester under the Course details in the Prospectus for the concerned year.
