IIM Amritsar is an autonomous government institute, offering postgraduate courses in MBA, EMBA, and Ph.D. Indian Institute of Management also ranked 51 on the list of NIRF 2023 Management College of India. Established in 2015, it is also the 15th IIM which was set up by the MOE earlier known as the Ministry of Human Resource Development with the support of the Government of Punjab. The Indian Institute of Management Amritsar (IIMA) is furnished with state of art infrastructure & modern technologies. The campus of Indian Institute of Management, Amritsar is 10km from the airport and five km away from the railway station, located in the city of Amritsar. All classrooms and seminar rooms available at the campus are air-conditioned & spacious equipped with facilities like LCD projector, internet access, Speakers etc to make the learning experience entertainment for the students.

Indian Institute of Management Amritsar library is a repository of textbooks, journals, magazines, CD’s, case studies, project reports on a wide range of subjects. The library of IIM Amritsar is an open-access library and it also has the facility of E-Journal. IIMA Library is fully automated with 24 internet availability. In addition to print materials, the library offers thousands of books, journals, magazines, videos, cases and newspapers in the electronic format.

IIM Amritsar is a fully wifi-enabled campus where the student, faculty members & other staff members can seamlessly use the internet facility without any restrictions. IIM Amritsar Hostel  facilities include 2 or 3 BHK flats on twin sharing, bed, study table, Wi-Fi, Chair, Cupboard, recreation room, gym, sports area. Breakfast, lunch, evening snacks and dinner is provided by the hostel. The Hostel and Mess Committee takes good care of the hostel infrastructure, housekeeping issues and other such hostel related issues.
