NLU Hyderabad fees range from Rs 30000 to Rs 800000 per year, depending on the degree level, duration, and specialization of the course. The college offers 14 courses in Ph.D, PG, and UG programs. Eligibility Criteria

Students must have an LLM degree from a recognized University with at least 55% or equivalent CGPA.
For reserved category students, this criterion is of at least 50% or equivalent CGPA from a recognized board.

Selection Criteria

Students should qualify for admission tests except for those students who have already qualified for UGC NET/ JRF, SLET/MPhil.
After qualifying for the admission test or relevant exam successfully, students need to submit a preliminary proposal of 1000 words including the hypothesis, there will be an interview based on this research and a survey of the literature.
All those students will be rejected if the research proposal contains more than 15% plagiarism.
Students whose proposals get selected are required to present their proposals to the Research Committee.
Students who have cleared the admission test, interview, and Research Methodology course are allowed to re-submit their proposal twice based on the recommendations of the Research Committee.

NALSAR University Hyderabad Application Process

Students can apply at NALSAR University through the online portal for all the courses except MPhil and Ph.D.
Students can pay the application fee online as well as offline mode.
Students can fill out the application form online through the University’s official website and can pay the application fee through a Debit/ Credit Card or Net Banking for offline payment students can pay through Challan which can be generated through the official website of the University.
After successful submission of the application form, students need to submit it to the University along with all the documents.

Scholarship 1SCHEDULE I – Means Based Scholarship:
Scholarship Amount = (Base Points of the respective annual family income bracket/100) x Tuition Fee
. Candidates having Up to 3,00,000 annual family income will get 100 base points.
. Candidates having a 3,00,001 to 4,00,000 annual family income will get 85 base points.
. Candidates having 4,00,001 to 5,00,000 annual family income will get 60 base points.
. Candidates having 5,00,001 to 6,00,000 annual family income will get 45 base points.
. Candidates having 6,00,001 to 7,00,000 annual family income will get 30 base points.
. Candidates having 7,00,001 to 8,00,000 annual family income will get 20 base points

Scholarship 22. SCHEDULE II – Means Cum Merit-Based Scholarship

2. 1 The provisions under this Schedule shall be applicable only in the circumstances where the
sanctioned scholarship budget amount is less than the calculated amount by applying the
provisions of Schedule I to the received application

2.2 Scholarship under Schedule II would be awarded to students based on the criteria of means cum-merit basis. With 75 percent weightage for means component and 25 percent for merit
component.

2.3 Scholarship would be based on the following calculation
Scholarship Amount = Tuition Fee x [(0.75 x Points for Means) + (0.25 x Points for Merit)]/ 100

NALSAR University of Law’s library is a host to more than 30,000 titles covering various fields of study ranging from law to social sciences. Subscriptions have been made to more than 100 newspapers, magazines and journals. The library has subscribed to various online databases such as Westlaw, HeinOnline, Kluwer Arbitration, Manupatra, SCC Online, Economic and Political Weekly, JStor, etc. The Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) is a real-time updated internal database that enables users to search the library’s collection and guides them to precise locations. The internal database of the library can be accessed from anywhere.
