IBS Hyderabad offers UG and PG courses in the field of Business & Management Studies, Humanities & Social Sciences and Accounting & Commerce. IBS Hyderabad Admission: IBS Hyderabad MA Economics, BA Economics and BBA admission 2024 is open and the last date to apply is May 31, 2024. MBA Executive admission 2024 is also open and the last date to apply is July 15, 2024.

MBA Admission 2024

The MBA program at IBS Hyderabad is a 2-year full-time flagship program. Admission into the program is based on 2 stages:

Eligibility for MBA

Interested candidates should fulfil the following eligibility criteria to apply for the MBA program at IBS Hyderabad:

Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% aggregate and English as their medium of instruction.
If English is not their medium of instruction at Graduation then TOEFL/ NELT/ IELTS score are required.

Entrance Examination

For admission into the IBS Hyderabad MBA program, the candidates have to appear for the IBSAT.
Having a valid score in CAT, XAT, NMAT and GMAT is also acceptable. The scores of the last 3 years are also acceptable.

Selection Process

The candidates are selected for MBA admission based on their overall performance in Group Discussion, Personal Interview and past academic performance in Class X, Class XII and Graduation.

MBA Executive Admission 2024

The MBA Executive program at IBS Hyderabad is a 21-month program for working executives. The classes for this program will be held on the weekends i.e. Sundays and Second Saturdays between 9.00 am and 6.00 pm. The details about the program are as follows:

Eligibility – The candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree with 50% marks and should have a minimum of two years of experience at the supervisory/ managerial level. If English was not the medium of instruction in Graduation then they will have to provide the TOEFL/NELT / IELTS score.

Selection Criteria: The applications will be shortlisted based on their academic qualifications and work experience and will be called for the selection process, which will include a Micro Presentation and a Personal Interview.

PhD Admission 2024

IBS Hyderabad offers a 4-year full-time PhD in Management Program with specialization in Marketing, Finance, HR, and Operations and a PhD in Economics. The admission details are as follows:

Eligibility: The candidates should have a postgraduation or a Professional qualification like CFA/ CA/ CWA/ CS with 55% marks.

Exams Accepted: The candidates will have to qualify in IBSAT/ GMAT/ CAT/ NMAT.

Selection Criteria: The final selection will be based on performance in Micro Presentation and a technical cum Personal Interview. The past academic records will be considered.

IBS Hyderabad cutoff for MBA is based on IBSAT. Candidates with a valid score of either CAT or NMAT can also apply for IBS Hyderabad MBA admissions. Going as per the past year trends, candidates who meet CAT cutoff of 85 percentile and NMAT score of 150 are eligible for MBA at IBS Hyderabad. IBS Aptitude Test or IBSAT is a national-level entrance exam conducted by ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (deemed to be a University).
