Anna Adarsh College for Women is one of the premier educational institutions in Chennai, established in the year 1985. The college is affiliated to the University of Madras. The aim of this college is to enhance the potential of the employability of students. Admission Process 2021

Affiliated to the University of Madras, Fatima College is a premier self- financing educational institution established in 1985 by the Punjab Association. It offers 4 courses in total across 5 streams in various streams of Arts, Management, Science, Commerce and IT.

• The selection of the candidates is made on a merit basis and performance in a personal interview
• The merit list for BA, BSc, BCom & BCA courses is prepared based on the candidate’s performance in the last qualifying examination. For other programs merit is based on a candidate’s performance in the relative entrance test
• The UG courses are available for both day and evening shifts
• For MCA & MSc, admission is made based on the TANCET score. Admission to the rest of the PG courses is merit-based and subject to seat availability
• Candidates are considered for MPhil based on merit while for PhD, students must qualify GATE / UGC NET/ CSIR NET/ JRF

UG Admission 2021: BA, BCom, BSc, BCA

The institute offers various UG programs across multiple specialisations. The selection of the candidates to the UG programs is based on merit for the qualifying degree. These courses are available for both day and evening shifts.

PG Admission 2021: MA, MCom, MSc, MCA

For MCA & MSc, admission is made based on the TANCET score. Admission to the rest of the PG courses is merit-based and subject to seat availability.

MPhil & PhD Admission 2021

The selection of the candidates to MPhil course is based on merit list whereas, for PhD, the candidates must qualify GATE/ UGC-NET/ CSIR-NET/ JRF

Placements  2019

The placement cell of Anna Adarsh College for Women aims to enhance the employability potential of young students by giving them exposure to contemporary selection and placement process. In 2016, the institute organized a Job fair during May. Companies like Accenture, McKinney, Bharath Matrimony, Habblis & HGS visited the campus. In Job fair, 345 students have participated & 282 students were recruited. Their future vision includes career counseling sessions and co-ordination with alumni for placement activities of present students.
