Jyoti Nivas College offers B.A, B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, BCA, MBA. MCA, M.A, M.Com and M.Sc programs in various specializations at UG as well as PG levels. The college offers Regular as well as Vocational programs.

• Admission to UG programs is offered on the basis of marks in the qualifying examination followed by document verification at the time of final admission.
• For PG programs, the admission is offered on the basis of marks in the qualifying UG degree followed by an interview.
• MBA and MCA programs require a good score in Post-Graduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET) followed by counselling at the college level.
• Application forms can be filled online or offline on payment of the requisite amount of application fee.

  JNCA gymnasium is a proud addition to the facilities we provide in terms of recreation in addition to academics.

• Library

  JNCA Bangalore Library is a multimedia information service centre. It has a carefully selected and growing collection of more than 80,000 books and subscriptions to around 154 current periodicals and journals and a variety of non-print information sources. Non-print formats including videos, slides, CD-ROM databases and computer-based technologies are available to provide a wide range of information for library patrons.

• Sports

  Physical education is an integral part of the curriculum where our students show their excellence as achievers, winners and representatives of throw ball, handball, football, softball, cricket and hockey.

• I.T Infrastructure

  Jyoti Nivas College Autonomous, Bangalore has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.

• Cafeteria

  Jyoti Nivas College launches new food court on the campus Jyoti Nivas College Autonomous inaugurated its new canteen on January 31, 2018, in the presence of Honourable Home Minister Shri Ramalinga Reddy and Dr Arathi Krishna, Deputy Chairman, NRI Forum Karnataka. The new facility can house over users and serves a variety of eatables at a very reasonable rate. It also has a mini-mart to respond to the various needs of students. The canteen has already become a hit among the students.

• Auditorium

  JNCA auditorium is a stately structure which is truly an imaginative blend of aesthetics and convenience with subtle sophistication and modest magnificence.

• Alumni Associations

  Alumni reunion is always a reason to rejoice as it gives an opportunity for the students to return to their alma mater and reminiscent their days in the college, meet their teacher, reconnect with friends and appreciate the strides taken by the institution.

• Wifi

  To integrate Information System Technology into the present curriculum, the college is one of the first educational institutions to boast its internet connectivity through Cisco Router with 100 MBPS line connecting its students to the world and beyond. The faculty and the students are encouraged and allowed to surf the net free of cost. Moreover, nodes are provided in the library for the students to send and receive E-mail.

• Laboratories

  Jyoti Nivas College has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students.

• Banks/ATMs

  Vijaya Bank has a branch within the campus which offers regular bank services. Business hours: Monday to Saturday : 10: 00 AM to 2:00 PM 2:30 PM to 3:30 PMLunch hour: 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM, 2nd & 4th Saturday and all Sunday holiday.

• Parking Facility

  The college provides space for parking 2-wheelers and 4-wheelers for students and separate parking spaces for staff members of the college. Since the number of students commuting to college on two-wheelers and four-wheelers has increased, around 1500 sqft. of space has been allotted for parking of the two-wheelers, with good security. Although the students are discouraged from coming by four-wheelers, they too are accommodated within the available space with pass and security restrictions.

Placement Process

• The college’s placement cell invites many organisations and companies to its campus to recruit students.

• The college and visiting groups finalise the dates to conduct the placement drive.

• Interested students must register for the placement drive and complete the JNCA Bangalore application process.

• To hire the best candidates, the JNCA Bangalore campus is visited by a number of organisations to conduct interviews.

• Written exams, aptitude tests, personal interviews, and group conversations are all possible methods involving the selection process.

• Candidates who successfully make it through the selection process are given a placement opportunity by the organisation.

• The candidates hired by the companies and organisations receive the standard placement package.
