There are 21 hostel buildings located at the Ansari Nagar campus, Masjid Moth campus, Raj Nagar and Ayurvigyan Nagar. All these hostel buildings have an overall capacity of about 2,717 seats and a majority of this accommodation is for single students/ residents/ married students or families.
The hostel facility of AIIMS Delhi, other than the residential building, provides a mess, a canteen, a juice shop an Amul shop, etc., for the convenience of the students. The college has single, double or triple occupancy rooms along with family rooms for married students. Most single rooms are furnished with a bed, a cupboard, a table and chair and a bookshelf. The married accommodation is also furnished accordingly.
All hostellers are required and advised, by the institute, to check the inventory while occupying and vacating the hostel rooms. The hostel rooms also have a facility of attached toilets but this facility is only available in married accommodation along with a few hostels.
