The Ashoka University fees range from Rs 5,64,000 to Rs 9,74,000 per annum. Ashoka University fees for the programmes offered in the fields of humanities and science vary on the basis of the degree level. The courses are provided at undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels. Ashoka University admission to most of the courses is based on an assessment followed by an interview with the panel. To diversify the offered courses, AU also offers Young India Fellowship, Global Education Programmes, and Summer Programmes. Ashoka University offers courses across various streams such as Biology, Mathematics, Media Studies, Philosophy, Performing Arts, Environmental Studies, etc.

The Ashoka University admission process comprises multiple steps. A detailed process around Ashoka University admissions 2024 is as follows:
Ashoka University applications are currently ongoing. Candidates can apply online on the official website of Ashoka University. The application process is conducted in four rounds. Candidates can check the application timeline and fill an online application form with all relevant details and submit the form along with paying an application fee of INR 1,000.
Ashoka University admission is based on scores of Ashoka Assessment Test, followed by PI round. Candidates have to qualify for both the selection parameters to secure a seat at UG & PG programme of Ashoka University.
After the commencement of all the selection rounds, final result will be declared and students will be notified. Later on, candidates have to pay a certain amount of fee to lock their seats.

Neev brings students together to work on environmentally, socially and economically sustainable programmes for community engagement through a variety of projects, with an emphasis on the areas of health and education. The club also works on long-term projects with a strong emphasis on impact evaluation. This helps members in understanding, building relationships and connecting with their immediate surroundings.
Drama Club –
Kirdaar brings together those who wants to express their ideas and emotions, explore themes and engage in dialogue on contemporary issues through the medium of theatre. The society attempts to cover various forms of theatre like street, stage, musical, abstract theatre, etc. At present, stage theatre and street theatre fall under its ambit.
Music Club –
The Music Society comprises three clubs that focus on different aspects of music and bring in diversity to this art form on campus:
A Cappella: This club practices a tradition of music that entails singing and performing without instruments, solely using sounds created by the singers’ voices and mouths. The club aspires to not only broaden the range of the genres of music engaged with on campus, but also aims at performances representing the university at various venues.
Compduction: The club aspires to delve into and work on professional music production through digital media, DAW software, Signal Processing, Software Synthesisers and Samplers, MIDI, Virtual Instruments, Mixing and Mastering while promoting training in field of music technology. In essence, it seeks to learn and engage in producing a piece of music from scratch. The club aims to provide musicians with the means to record their compositions.
Classical Music Club: The classical music club aims to enrich knowledge around music through the practice of both Hindustani Classical and Western classical. Beginning with peer-to-peer learning, the club aspires to learn, teach and appreciate the traditional and classical forms of music.
Cultural Club –
The Film Society is an interactive community for students with a deep interest in films and filmmaking. Apart from providing insight into film and television, the society also serves as a forum for unhindered development of filmmaking skills, thus creating a rich culture of film enthusiasts at the university. The aim is also to encourage talented filmmakers, who are capable of producing movies of certain philosophical depth.
Student Council Club –
This society aims to generate curiosity about the history, heritage and culture of one of the world’s oldest civilizations, in an attempt to foster sensitivity towards India’s tangible and intangible heritage, and to inculcate a spirit of historical consciousness. The society aspires to release a Heritage and History Calendar in order to acquaint the larger student body with dates of historical prominence. It also contextualises the heritage of Indian festivals through presentations on the day itself. Furthermore, it aims to conduct skill-based workshops on subjects such as the recording of oral history, crafts like Batik, Origami, Puppetry, Ajrak, Phad, Madhubani and Warli art, archiving and much more.
Innovation Club –
The Ashoka University Gavel Club is a learning-by-doing initiative to develop student leaders who are also great communicators. Similar to the internationally renowned Toastmasters Club, the Gavel Club is particularly suited to students in schools, colleges and universities. In a certain sense, therefore, this club will largely be inward-looking, while also being keenly aware of the world outside.
Quiz Club –
The Quizzing Club aims to harness the various intellectual interests of Ashoka students and develop quizzing skills in the process. It aspires to foster a healthy culture of quizzing on campus.
Dance Club –
A vibrant and active Dance Club was initiated with the objective of uniting all dance enthusiasts on campus and creating a pool of trained dancers for the university. It aims to create a conducive environment for all to experiment with different dance forms – Indian or Western Classical, or Fusion. Dancers will train enthusiasts and in the process learn from each other, thus promoting peer-to-peer community learning.?
Debating Club –
The Debate Society aims to foster a strong culture of debating, argumentation and sophisticated thinking. It aspires to delve into different genres such as Parliamentary Debating, Contextual Debating and the Model United Nations.
Finance Club –
Finance, Business and Investment is a club that utilises practical, creative and innovative means and activities to understand concepts and theories around finance, economics and business.
Cultural Club –
Ashoka University launched its Art and Cultural society with a vision to delve into all Indian art forms, ranging from folk to classical. It aims to cover various such art forms – music, dance, oral traditions and craft. The Society aspires to create a culturally aware and sensitive campus. A unique concept, it seeks participation from not only students but also staff and faculty, making it a truly inclusive and vibrant body.
Photography Club –
The Photography Society uses this medium of art to create, explore and innovate. Beginning with providing a platform for teaching and learning photography skills, the society aims at taking it a notch higher by using this creative form to delve into creative thinking. Moreover, the society also produces powerful promos and posters for various events and programmes at Ashoka University.
Student Council Club –
Exhibit is a calligraphy and exhibitions club. It practices the art of calligraphy using distinct fonts and also creates paintings using the same art form.
Current Information Club –
The Edict is an initiative by budding journalists on campus and is a forum for students to express and write about events and issues. It is an online newspaper, with students as the on-campus reporters and editors.
Sustainability Club –
The Centre aims to create and institutionalise a self-sustaining system of waste reduction and management on the Ashoka University campus by recycling paper, reusing plastic and composting organic matter. It also seeks to promote a culture of sustainability and environmental responsibility on campus through various initiatives like documentary screenings, community outreach programmes, guest lectures, etc. It works towards utilising the waste generated on campus through innovative design. A sub-section of the Centre will be dedicated to working with Pradip Krishen and Vijay Dhasmana on environmental landscaping on campus.
