Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh UGC Estd 2011 Govt

When the Honorable Shri Shivraj Singh Chauhan assumed the post of Chief Minister for the second time, his government started dreaming of establishing a Hindi university in the state and decided to name it after the great speaker, poet, and former Prime Minister Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee ji, who raised the voice of Hindi for the first time in the United Nations. December 2 2011 was a historic day for the Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly when it unanimously signed the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Hindi University Bill and approved the University Act. After publication in the gazette by Madhya Pradesh Gazette (Extraordinary) Madhya Pradesh Act No. 34, 2011 on December 19, 2011, Atal Bihari Vajpayee Hindi University was established, and this Act was considered effective from December 21, 2011.
