Baba Raghav Das Medical College

Baba Raghav Das Medical College (BRD Medical College), Gorakhpur was named after a freedom fighter Baba Raghav Das. In the year 1969, Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Late Shri Chandra Bhanu Gupta laid the foundation stone of the college. The campus spreads over 147.6 acres of land. BRD Medical College is approved by the Medical Council of India (MCI). The college offers undergraduate (MBBA) and postgraduate (MD, MS, PG Diploma) courses in various areas.
