College of Engineering, (COER Roorkee) was established by Seth Roshan Lal Jain Trust is the year 1998. The college offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses, namely, B.Tech. in eight different specializations and M.Tech. in two different specializations. There are 810 seats and 36 seats in B.Tech. and M.Tech., respectively.
The college has witnessed year-wise placement progress with 84.6% placed in the 2018-19 batch.
