Culinary Academy of India runs a Bachelor’s Degree program in Catering Technology and Culinary Arts of 3-year duration with an intake of 60 students. Those who have passed HSC/ 10+2 or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in any stream or have applied for BCT and CA are considered eligible to get admission in the Bachelor’s Degree program offered by the college.
Admission to the course is given based on the candidate’s performance in the All India Entrance Examination held in Hyderabad only including Group Discussion and Personal Interviews conducted by the Institute.

Post Graduate Diploma in Culinary Arts of 1-year duration with an intake of 30 students is offered by the Culinary Academy of India.
Students who have done any of these courses viz. Bachelor in Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Bachelor of Business Management / Bachelor of Business Administration in Hotel / Hospitality, Graduates in Hospitality Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (Hotel, Hospitality, and Tourism streams) with a minimum of two years of instruction in food production, B.Sc. Hotel Management, B.A. in Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts graduates from any recognized University are eligible to apply for admission to the PG Diploma course.
Admission to this program is given based on the candidate’s marks obtained in the All India Entrance Examination conducted in Hyderabad only followed by a Group Discussion, a Personal Interview, and a Trade Test.

Culinary Academy of India offers full-time one-and-a-half-year duration Culinary Certificate course in Food Production and Patisserie with a capacity of 40 seats to the aspirants. Students who have passed or appeared in SSC/ 10th or its equivalent examination with English as the medium of instruction are considered eligible to get admission in the Certificate course.

The academy has seven full-fledged training kitchens. The students will rotate in all seven kitchens before completing the three-year program. The kitchens are planned by professional chefs taking into consideration accessibility and the present professional Hotel Kitchens. Pastry and Bakery named after the world famous sugar confectioners Susan and Edward Notter are equipped to the international standards keeping in mind the student needs for skill development. Special equipment has been provided for the students to attain the desired results in the field of sugar confectionery and Couverture Confectionery. The Academy has a compact 40-covered public restaurant open for lunch on all working days and offers a contemporary classical menu with a la carte facility. A full-fledged display bar has been provided to introduce the student chef to the basic principles of food and beverage service. Keeping in mind the hi-tech approach in the food service operations computer education is imparted to the students throughout the course. Academy has also placed an 80-seated ultra-modern audio-visual classroom.
