Dolphin Institute Dehradun was established in 2002 and is accredited with B++ Grade by NAAC. Dolphin College Dehradun is affiliated with H.N.B. Garhwal Central University, Srinagar, Garhwal, Uttarakhand. and is approved by the NCTE, IAP, UGC, Department of Medical and Health Sciences, Uttarakhand, and the Government of Uttarakhand. Dolphin (PG) Institute of Biomedical and Natural Sciences offers UG and PG courses to students across Botany, Chemistry, Agriculture, and other streams. The college is attached to the Synergy Institute of Medical Sciences and Dolphin Jan Kalyan Multi Specialty Hospital. Dolphin Institute Dehradun has collaborated with the Next Generation Scientist Pvt. Ltd. The major highlights of Dolphin PG Institute are tabulated below:

The faculty of Dolphin PG Institute of Bio-medical and Natural Sciences has carried out various research projects funded by different government agencies. Students are made to work with the same machines that are used in the industry today. The classrooms and labs are equipped with biometric system which is integrated with the institute’s ERP system.

Dolphin PG Institute of Biomedical and Natural Sciences admission process is conducted in online mode. The application process for all the programmes begin in the month of May every year. Candidates applying for any of the programmes must ensure their eligibility criteria before applying. Once the application form is received at the admission cell, an acknowledgement is sent to the candidates’ email upon successful verification of their eligibility. A detailed schedule for document verification including date, time and venue is also sent to the candidate’s email. Eligibility concessions (if any) are as per the norms laid down by HNBGU.

UG Courses

• Final admission to programmes such as BPT, BSc and BCom is based on merit in the last qualifying examination (Class 12 or equivalent)
• Candidates awaiting results can take provisional admission to any programme

PG Courses

• Admission to MPT, MSc and MCom is based on merit in graduation of the relevant stream
• Admission to B.Ed programme is based on merit through an entrance test conducted by HNBGU and NCTE

Dolphin PG Institute of Biomedical and Natural Sciences Admission 2024: BPT, BCom

Dolphin PG Institute of Biomedical and Natural Sciences offers BPT and BCom with the duration of four and three years, respectively. For BPT, candidates must complete a six months of rotatory internship after the course curriculum is finished to get the final degree.

Selection criteria: Final selection is based on merit in Class 12 or equivalent.

Scholarship

The fee structure is decent according to our course and other institutes. The fee hike policy should be improved and the cost to study should be decreased a bit. I didn’t get any scholarship or financial assistance and also I haven’t received any job opportunities on campus.

Placement Report 2023: Highlights
