Don Bosco Institute of Technology also known as DBIT Mumbai was established in 2001 founded by the Bombay Salesian Society as a “Religious Minority” institute. The institute is affiliated to the University of Mumbai and is approved by AICTE. Furthermore, it holds a B++ Grade by NAAC.

DBIT Mumbai only offers the BE and BE Lateral courses with 4 specializations at the UG level. Admission to the BE program is done via JEE Mains and MHT-CET.

As per the latest statistics available on the official website, the highest and average package offered at DBIT stands at INR 25 LPA & INR 5 LPA respectively. The T&P Cell at DBIT ensures that all students opting for placements get a minimum of 5 job opportunities.
