Dr BC Roy Engineering College provides well ventilated and pleasant hostel accommodations for boys on campus. The facilities include 24-hour security, managed by male wardens for boys. BCREC hostel offers complete amenities, including boarding, lodging, common rooms, internet, wi-fi and room telephone services, creating a conducive environment for enhanced learning.

BCREC offers comfortable hostel facilities for female students. The hostels are well-ventilated and provide a pleasant atmosphere for learning. Security is ensured round the clock, with female wardens. Hostel is equipped with essential amenities, including boarding, lodging, common rooms, internet, wifi and room telephone services.

The BCREC maintains a health centre equipped with a first aid facility, overseen by experienced resident physician Dr. Chhaya Chakraborty and Pharmacist Shri,B,Nayak. In case of emergencies, a 24 hour car service to the hospital is available, ensuring the well-being of the students.

The college’s  Dr. Mghnad saha central library is a three-storied building with internet connectivity and an extensive collection of over 80,000 books, CD-ROMs/DVDs and online databases. It participates in the INDEST-AICTE consortium, offering students access to numerous educational resources.

The college encourages sports and physical activities with outdoor facilities like athletics, football, volleyball, basketball and badminton courts.  Dr BC Roy Engineering College has two auditoriums, Nazrul Manch and a fully equipped AC auditorium named Albert Einstein Hall. These venues facilitate guest lectures, seminars, cultural activities and fests. Nazrul Manch, an open-air auditorium, accommodates over 900 students.
