Greater Noida Institute of Technology (GNIOT) is one of the premier Institutions in the field of Technical and Management Education. It has been formed by Shri Ram Educational Trust, Noida on a profit basis with a firm determination and commitment to foster a holistic approach towards the development of Engineering and Management Education. The Trust was formed in the year 2000 and the Institute was established in the year 2001. The Trust has had a meteoric rise, and to date, has established a chain of educational institutions covering the fields of engineering and management leading towards Graduate and Post Graduate degrees. Plans are also afoot to introduce Doctoral Programmes in the very near future. It has been approved by AICTE, Ministry of HRD, Government of India and affiliated to Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow. Moreover, the institute has also been accredited by NAAC with A+ Grade.

GNIOT Fees & Eligibility

The result of 10+2 is the basic Greater Noida Institute of Technology admission process to take admission directly. The required score is 45% for general and 40% for SC/ST candidates. Those who score less than 45% have to sit for tests, interviews, and group discussions. The GNIOT Greater Noida has undergraduate, postgraduate, and management courses, including other undergraduate and postgraduate subjects. To be eligible for the GNIOT UG programmes, applicants must have completed the 10+2 level or an equivalent test from a recognised board. Candidates for MBA, PGDM, and MCA must have a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university to be eligible for admission. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks is necessary for admission to the M.Tech programme. UPSEE scores will be the only determining factor in a student’s admission to the university.

• 12th marks: Greater Noida Institute of Technology accepts 50% marks from any recognized educational board in their 12th exam. Students can take direct admission to different courses after the 12th mark sheet when applying for the desired course at GNIOT Greater Noida.
• Other method: The Greater Noida Institute of Technology requires applicants to enrol in a specific programme to show that they are fluent in Hindi and English. In addition to one-on-one interviews and group talks.

Eligibility Criteria

Greater Noida Institute of Technology offers scholarships to eligible students as per the guidelines stated by UP Government Samaj Kalyan Office. All the scholarships and fee relaxation schemes are granted to the meritorious students based on their performance in the end-semester university examination.

• MAT – Composite score 650 or above – INR 30,000/- on tuition fee
• CAT- 70 Percentile or above – INR. 50,000/- on tuition fee
• 55 – 69 percentile – INR. 30,000/- on tuition fee
• XAT – 70 Percentile or above – INR 50,000/- on tuition fee
• 55 – 69 percentile – INR 30,000/- on tuition fee
• CMAT- 90 Percentile or above – INR 50,000/-on tuition fee
• 60 – 89 percentile – INR. 30,000/ on tuition fee
• GAT- 65 Percentile or above – INR 30,000/- on tuition fee
