GNIPST Kolkata was established in the year 2005, under the aegis of Guru Nanak Education Trust. Guru Nanak Institute of Pharmaceutical Science and Technology, Kolkata offers programmes at both undergraduate and postgraduate level. At the UG level, GNIPST Kolkata offers B.Pharma, B.Sc and B.H.M programmes while at the postgraduate level, GNIPST Kolkata offers M.Pharma and M.Sc programmes. Guru Nanak Institute of Pharmaceutical Science and Technology also offers D.Pharma at the diploma level. For admission in the B.Pharma programme, candidates should have a valid WBJEE/ JEE-Mains/ CEE AMPAI scores while admission in the M.Pharma programme is done on the basis of candidates scores in GPAT/ PGET/ CEE AMPAI. Admissions in the B.Sc and M.Sc programmes are done on the basis of Common Entrance Test (CET). GNIPST Kolkata provides various facilities to its students inside the college campus. The infrastructure of Guru Nanak Institute of Pharmaceutical Science and Technology, Kolkata includes well ventilated classrooms along with the tutorial rooms, an auditorium, language lab, Library and departmental laboratories.
