The college has a library that offers an air-conditioned solar reading room with a seating capacity of 140 students and the library has a collection of more than 58000 books, 67 periodicals and more than 850 audio-visual materials. HR College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai facilities include a well-maintained gymnasium that has all modern gym equipment for the students. Library subscribes to e-resources like NLIST, Ibl, JGate, CBM E-books. The library is fully computerised and collection details can be accessed with the “Any Word Anywhere” facility via SLIM21 – an integrated, multi-user, multi-tasking library information windows-based software. The library conducts orientations, research guidance sessions, book exhibitions, book talks, Library volunteerism programmes etc. on a regular basis. The library is a silent, no mobile, no eatables zone.

HR College of Commerce and Economics has a placement cell that aims to provide career guidance, internships and placement opportunities to the college students, from all programmes. To enhance students’ skills, the HRCCE Mumbai placement cell conducts various training programmes, to upskill and groom them, to make them industry-ready.
HR College placement cell does not restrict placement only for final year students but encourages trial and error methods, by encouraging them to pursue internships. So, the cell organises internship drives, for the students to achieve early learning. The placement cell of HR College Mumbai organises placement drives and personal interviews, for eligible students.
