Admission

The results of the CUET exam will be used to determine IGIPESS admission 2022 for undergraduate programmes. Candidates must apply through the CSAS 2022 application form on the official website (admission.uod.ac.in) for seat allocation. The form has to be submitted with a CUET UG 2022 application number and the payment of the application fee.

All DU-affiliated colleges will use the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS 2022) for seat allocation and admission. Here, a candidate is provided with a seat. If he declines the seat, he will then not be able to take part in the further CSAS 2022 rounds. This shall also mean that he has rejected the provisionally assigned seat. There will be at least four rounds of seat allocation for the CUET UG 2022 admissions process, with a chance of more such rounds.

There are three phases to the CSAS 2022:

The Delhi University application.
Completing the program’s necessary forms and information.
Admission to the college and the assignment of seats.

Cut off

IGIPESS cut off is the minimum score required for admission in the institute. Passing the CUET UG 2023 entrance exam is a requirement for enrollment at IGIPESS New Delhi’s undergraduate programmes. In order to meet further admission requirements, candidates must also be eligible for the IGIPESS cut off 2023 list. On July 15, 2023, the CUET UG 2023 results were announced. For admission to Indira Gandhi Institute of Physical Education and Sports Sciences New Delhi, students have to submit their CUET results and go through a seat allocation process. For admission and seat allocation purposes, the Common Seat Allocation System is necessary. Students who have enrolled for CSAS can check the round-wise IGIPESS merit list from the CSAS portal. Based on merit lists generated by the candidate’s CUET 2023 scores, each university manages its own admission procedure. To be accepted, candidates must qualify for the IGIPESS cut off list.

Facilities

Gym

The college has a Multi-Utility Gymnasium that has a number of exercises to offer. The latest CYBEX machines have been installed in the Gym. It does not specialize in a specific body part, but the various exercises on the machine target different areas of the body. The number of exercises may amount to about fifty in just one machine. Even if you are not really a person who is keen on general exercise, you will be working out at any chance on this machine, since it will have so much to offer!
Library

The Indira Gandhi Institute Of Physical Education And Sports Sciences has a spacious fully air-conditioned library that strives to create a lively and enriching intellectual environment for students, faculty and staff members. It is well-stocked fully computerized. The library consists of 6 sections namely Reference Section, Reading Room/General Section, Circulation Section, Research Section, two Computer Labs, and a Librarian’s Office.
Sports

The IGIPESS has a huge Badminton Court for playing indoor games. Students can practice and improve their indoor skills. In fact, it has been found that playing badminton till you get an increase in heart rate or mild breathlessness regularly in middle age lowers the risk of death by about 23% in the subsequent 20 years and improves longevity by at least 2 years.
I.T Infrastructure

The Indira Gandhi Institute Of Physical Education and Sports Sciences has a well-equipped Computer Labs with Pentium machines with the latest configuration. The labs have the connectivity with the Delhi University intranet with access to the internet. The Computer Center has 4 Computer Labs, two of which are part of the library. The main computer lab has 70 computers, a printer and a scanner. The rest of the computer labs have about 50 computers.
Medical/Hospital

The IGIPESS Medical Center provides basic first aid facilities. The Medical doctor, Physiotherapist, nurse and Lab Assistant are always available during college hours to attend to both students and staff members. The medical center provides the facilities of weighing machine, blood pressure machine as well as the eye-sight checkup equipment. The college believes in not only imparting the education to its students but to ensure that every student and the members of its staff are taken care of.
