Students have also imparted knowledge of bakery and confectionery which is in great demand all across the globe. A Quantity Training Kitchen where the student can experience working in large kitchens of hotels and institutions. The Institute has a Front office training lab, where the students get to learn the art of guest handling and customer interaction. A housekeeping training lab with Laundry which is the heart of a hotel, this department is responsible for the upkeep of the organization. Students are given the knowledge to be able to create a place that is appealing to the eye with aesthetic interior decoration, flower arrangements, etc.
