State Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition started as ‘Food Craft Institute’ in the year 1996 and later became ‘Institute of Hotel Management’ in 2001. The Institute is situated in the sprawling city of Jodhpur, Rajasthan. IHM was set up by Dept. of Tourism, Govt. of Rajasthan and is affiliated to National Council for Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition, NOIDA.

IHM Jodhpur offers a three years B.Sc. degree program with an intake of 80 students and Diploma in three specializations with 30 students in each.

• For minimum eligibility to B.Sc. Hospitality and Hotel Administration, a candidate should have passed 10+2 in any stream with English as one of the subjects from a recognized board.
