Jagran Lakecity University has started the 2024 admission process. The NTA has declared JEE Main session 2 result for admission in BTech courses.
Jagran Lakecity University is also known as JLU in short. Jagran Lakecity University is located in Bhopal in Madhya Pradesh. JLU Bhopal is a private institution that offers more than 50 courses. It was established in the year 2013 under section 2(f) of the UGC Act 1956 and is accredited by NCTE and IIC. With its vision to impart practice-based pedagogy and prepare future leaders, JLU Bhopal caters to a strength of over 2500 students. It has students from over eight countries and 27 states in India. Jagran Lakecity University (JLU), Bhopal consists of 2 campuses, named, Chandanpura campus and Mugaliyachap campus.
The campus covers about 230 acres and is surrounded by the greenery of forests on three sides. It is situated in a serene environment within 20 minutes of the main city. The JLU campus can be reached from any part of the city, via bus services or through private vehicles. There are 14 academic blocks and more than 50 labs on the campus. It also provides on-campus accommodation for students with all modern amenities.
JLU Bhopal offers about 29 undergraduate courses, 17 postgraduate courses and eight PhD courses. In addition to these, it provides international pathway degrees with its partnership with institutes like the University of Lincoln and Kingston university. Students can also enrol themselves in certificate-based courses that are available. All JLU programmes are UGC approved and cover various fields like law, journalism, computer engineering and management.
JLU ranking in India is 30th among private educational institutions all over the country, according to EW. It received many awards from prestigious platforms. The university is awarded the ‘Diamond Rating’ by QS I-GAUGE and received a Certificate of Excellence in OBE rankings 2021. To facilitate their students to explore the innovations happening around the world, JLU Bhopal has partnered with several International Institutions. collaborations include companies like CMA, NSE academy and Google news lab.
Students can either fill out an online form or apply at JLU’s office for admissions. Jagran Lakecity University admissions consider Class 10, Class12 and graduation marks, based on the course. It also accepts scores of various national-level entrance exams. Based on the program applied, there will be a JLU entrance exam or an interview conducted by the college.
