Monad University

Monad University, Hapur was established in 2010 under the Government of Uttar Pradesh. The university is managed by the Monad Educational Society (MES). The university is recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC), Council of Architecture (COA), Bar Council of India (BCI), Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). Monad University also provides various academic and infrastructural facilities to the students and employees of the university including academic blocks, well equipped laboratories, seminar and lecture halls, classrooms and auditorium provided with all modern facilities, library well stocked with a huge collection of books and materials, accommodation facilities for students, sports and gym facilities  and campus clinic to take care of the medical facilities of students and faculty members of the university.

Courses & Fees

Monad University, Hapur offers admissions to programmes based on the merit of the qualifying exam or entrance test. Students also need to get their documents verified and pay the admission fees before getting final admissions to the university.

UG Admission

Monad University Overall ranking by IIRF is 105 out of 171 colleges in India in 2023 and it was 98 out of 161 colleges in India in 2022.

• Library
  The Monad University has a spacious central library which is well ventilated and well illuminated for reading the purpose of more than 80,000 books pertaining to various subjects. The university subscribes to various national, international Journals and online database of repute. The library has access for reference to the latest publications of the research journals/ material and information through many computers connected to the World Wide Web. Highly qualified and efficient librarian ensures the best possible information services. Photocopier and printing services are also available in the library.
• Auditorium
  Monad University has a seminar hall/auditorium enough to accommodate a large number of students, spacious and well equipped with all audio-visual aids including Projectors, LCD and sound systems, to enable interactive sessions of teaching, which adds confidence and enthusiasm among our students. This seminar hall is also used for student meets guest lectures, FDP sessions & annual functions.

  The University has a departmental based laboratories facility for the students.
• Cafeteria
  The University provides the facility of a cafeteria, which is as excellent as any other good-class cafe. It is considered for its appearance as well as for the menu it offers. The University’s cafeteria offers students & faculty members snacks, drinks, as well as hot and cold meals for breakfast and lunch. • Alumni Associations
  The University has good networking for the alumni association.

Monad University, Hapur has a training and placement cell to organise the placement procedure for the students. Training sessions on personality development and communication skills are also conducted for students to help them prepare better for the overall recruitment process. The university also makes sure that they can help most of the students getting placed into various companies by helping them in every possible way. Monad University, Hapur also conducts mock tests and practice session classes on Aptitude, Quantitative Ability, Logical and Reasoning to make students practice and get better before appearing for the final Interview and Written test.

• The Training & Placement cell coordinates with the recruitment companies and sends an annexure to those companies and the recruiters in return need to fill all necessary information in the annexure.

• The Training and Placement Cell then fixes their dates with various recruiters based on the salary packages and other eligibility criteria offered by the recruitment companies.

• Students need to register themselves with the T&P cell for the placement drive along with all required documents and students satisfying all eligibility criteria will be asked to proceed further for the recruitment process.

• Recruiters will then fix dates with Monad University, Hapur to visit the campus for conducting the recruitment process via various steps including Written Test, Group discussion and Interview.

• Students of  Monad University, Hapur are given pre-placement talks by different recruiting companies to make them aware about the policies, roles and job profiles offered by them.

• Students of the university also need to appear and qualify a written test classified into different sections including Quantitative aptitude, Logical and Reasoning ability, English competency etc to test the skills and basic knowledge of students.

• Students of Monad University, Hapur who will qualify the written test also need to qualify Group Discussion on topics decided by the recruiters to judge the communication and speaking skills of students. After clearing the GD round, students also need to go through various rounds of Interview namely Technical Interview and HR Interview conducted by various recruiting companies to test the technical knowledge, communication skills and confidence of students.
