Prince Institute of Innovative Technology is affiliated with different Universities for different courses, for MBA course PIIT is affiliated with AKTU, Lucknow, for B.Ed, BBA, and BCA it is affiliated with CCSU, Meerut and Polytechnic courses are affiliated with the Board of Technical Education, Lucknow (BTE).

Students have to apply through online mode for all the courses.
In the MBA course, 85% of seats are to be filled through UPSEE.
The remaining 15% of seats are filled considering the candidate’s performance in the qualifying examination.
Minimum eligibility for applying to UG courses is HSC and for admission to PG courses graduation in any discipline is compulsory.
For Polytechnic courses, applicants should have passed class tenth; for lateral entry courses, candidates should have passed HSC or ITI of two years.
Selection to Polytechnic courses is based on a qualifying exam.
Admission to B.Ed course is based on the entrance exam UP B.Ed- JEE.
No more than 25% of seats should be allotted to candidates from other states.

The college department of pharmaceutical Analysis has a central instrumentation room, which is well equipped with sophisticated instruments like Double beam UV-Spectrophotometer, Karl Fisher, Flame photometer, Kjeldahl apparatus, and Potentiometer and conductivity meter. The lab also hosts various instruments like a refractometer, polarimeter, viscometer, and hot air oven. Besides, the college has two pharmaceutical chemistry labs with a separate balance room equipped with sophisticated balances and a separate store having necessary glassware and chemicals.
