• The Training and Placement Cell sends invitations to recruiting companies for SPU Balaghat campus recruitment.

• Interested students have to register their names and share their respective resumes with the SPU Balaghat placement cell.

• Students of Sardar Patel University Balaghat are given pre-placement talks by different recruiting companies to make them aware of the policies, and job profiles offered by them.

• Eligible candidates also have to appear and qualify for the written test, group discussion, and interview round.

• After clearing the written test, students have to qualify for the group discussion round, where they have to speak on topics decided by the recruiters to judge the communication and speaking skills of students

• Based on the performance of students in the written test, GD round, and interview, they will be offered placements in different companies with varying salary packages.
