The NorthCap University was established in 1996 by Educate India Society. The NorthCap University has been given a rank band of 151-200 by NIRF 2023 among the best Universities in India. The National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) has awarded NCU Grade A accreditation. The University Grants Commission (UGC) and the Bar Council of India (BCI) both recognise NCU. The NorthCap University has achieved an overall rating of DIAMOND from QS I-Gauge. NCU provides more than 78 courses at UG, PG and other levels. NCU course admission is subject to merit in the last qualifying exam or entrance accepted across different courses. NCU offers courses, namely B.E. / B.Tech, BBA, etc. at the UG level. In addition to this, M.E./M.Tech, LL.M., etc. is offered at the postgraduate level. The NorthCap University is an autonomous university situated in Gurugram, Haryana. It was founded in 1996 by Educate India Society to provide education in Technical and Management.
The NorthCap University offers Graduation, Post-Graduation & Doctoral courses in multiple disciplines. Applications are invited for the session for various university courses including B.Tech, B.Com, BBA-LLB, MBA, M.Tech and Ph.D (in different streams) along with several other UG and PG courses.
Key Points regarding Admission:
- For B Tech course:- 50% marks in Class XII (with Maths, Physics, Chemistry & English in aggregate & valid JEE Mains/any other national score.
- For BBA LLB course:- 50% in Class XIIÂ & performance in the virtual interview.
- For BBA, B.Com(Hons.) and BA (Hons.):- 50% marks in Class XII & performance in the virtual interview.
- For M.Tech course: – 55% marks in B tech / valid GATE score card & performance in the interview.
- For LLM course:- Valid LLB Degree required.
- For MBA (Dual Specilization)Â course:- Minimum 50% marks in Graduation &Â CAT/GMAT/GRE/XAT/NMAT/SNAP/CMAT/ ATMA/MAT scorecard.
- For PhD course:- Â 60% marks in specialized Masters course with valid GATE/NET/JRF scorecard.
Selection will be done on a Merit basis & selected candidates will be asked to appear for Counselling at college premises.
One seat in each program shall be reserved for Kashmiri migrants
In order to apply for the UG, PG & Doctoral courses, duly filled-in application forms along with the processing fee of Rs.1080/- is required to be paid via the online or offline method.
The NorthCap University UG Admission 2024
The university offers various Undergraduate courses in different streams such as B.Tech, B.Com, BBA. For all the UG courses, a minimum of 50% aggregate in marks in best four subjects.is required.
Admission to the university programs will be done on a Merit basis. A merit list will be announced for eligible candidates for each round and the shortlisted candidates will be intimated to appear for counselling.
Application form can be filled (Online/Offline) for admission to the program offered by The NorthCap University. Completed applications should be accompanied by processing fee of Rs.1080/- payable online (Internet banking/Credit/Debit card) or through Cash/DD in favor of The NorthCap University, Gurugram to be sent at University Campus

The NorthCap University PG Admission 2024
The university offers several PG programs such as M.Tech and MBA to students every year. For M Tech admission, a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA in the relevant qualifying degree is required. In the case of MBA, the candidate must possess minimum of 50% marks in any bachelor’s degree along with a valid CAT/GMAT/GRE/XAT or any other national level entrance exam score
Admission to the university programs will be done on a Merit basis. A merit list will be announced for eligible candidates for each round and the shortlisted candidates will be intimated to appear for counselling.

In addition to various UG and PG programs, the university also offers research/ doctoral course viz. Ph.D. in multiple streams such as Engineering, Law, Management, Applied Sciences. Candidates with minimum 60% marks in Master’s course degree and a valid GATE/NET/JRF score card are eligible for admission to the Ph.D program offered by the university.

For Online Method:- Students can fill in the application form online through the official university website and submit the application fee of INR 1100/- (Non-refundable) online, and upload self-attested scanned copies of the documents mentioned. They will receive an email confirmation for their online
application.

In addition to the fees concession/ scholarship, to encourage & motivate students the following awards are also given:Â
- The NorthCap University Scholars Award (on GATE results – for Final Year B.Tech).
- Research Fellowship Award (for Ph.D. Scholars)
-  Vice Chancellor’s Innovation Fund Awards
- Only one type of scholarship/ fee concession from any source whatsoever is admissible to a student. A certificate signed by the student & parent is to be provided as proof for this.
Note(s):
- Limited scholarships are available in each category on a first come first serve basis.
- The table above is only to represent Fees concessions/ Scholarships in case a candidate is selected and the details of Scholarship offered will be part of the  Admission Offer extended to candidates upon selection. For selection, University shall follow the announced process.
- Candidate must enroll for the program by depositing the advance fee by the given due date in the provisional admission offer letter. If a candidate fails to do so, a candidate shall have no claim over the scholarship. The Scholarship thereafter shall be passed on to the next eligible candidate.
- Continuation of Admission Scholarship is subject to obtaining a CGPA of 8 on a scale of 10, having no backlog and no discipline case being recorded against the student.
The NorthCap University, Gurugram – Campus
